7-Day Return & Exchange Window

At Saifyscent, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the fragrance must be used only minimally, with no more than 10-15% of the product consumed. The original packaging should be intact and in resellable condition. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, to proceed with the request.

Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, approved refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. We aim to make the process smooth and efficient for you.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning or exchanging products, unless the issue was due to an error on our part. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable under regular return circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, we take full responsibility for the issue. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return and send out a replacement or process a full refund as necessary.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued either as store credit or direct bank transfer, depending on what suits you best. Our team will confirm the preferred method with you once your return is approved.

Exceptions

Please note that items purchased on sale, testers, and sample kits are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any product with significant usage beyond the acceptable limit may be declined for refund or exchange.
