Refund Policy

At Saifyscents, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, simply WhatsApp us at 0333 00000 with your order details.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, we will cover all return shipping charges and issue a full refund.
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
